Find Your Way Within
Psychotherapy for understanding yourself, navigating what feels stuck, and living from what matters.
I am a licensed clinical social worker who works with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life transitions, emotional challenges, and questions of meaning and direction.
My approach is grounded in contemporary psychotherapy and informed by mindfulness, somatic approaches, and a deep interest in how people come to better understand themselves and create meaningful change.
I also offer Psychosomatic Breathwork as an adjunctive modality to psychotherapy, as well as lectures and workshops for organizations, communities, and professional audiences.

Individual Psychotherapy
A Space to Understand Yourself More Deeply
Therapy offers an opportunity to slow down, step back from the demands of everyday life, and develop a deeper understanding of yourself and the patterns that shape your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and choices.
My approach is collaborative, integrative, and grounded in contemporary psychotherapy. I draw from a range of therapeutic modalities, tailoring the work to each individual rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all approach.
I work with adults experiencing anxiety, relationship difficulties, life transitions, questions of identity and direction, emotional overwhelm, and other challenges that can leave us feeling stuck or disconnected.
Whether you're struggling with a specific concern or simply sense that something in your life needs greater attention, therapy can provide a space to explore what's happening and consider what comes next.

Psychosomatic Breathwork
Coming Back Into the Body
Psychosomatic Breathwork is an experiential practice that uses conscious breathing, body awareness, and guided attention to support emotional exploration and greater connection with oneself.
As a Certified Psychosomatic Breathwork Facilitator, I offer individual and group Breathwork sessions for people interested in exploring this work in a structured, supportive environment.
Breathwork can be incorporated into an individual's broader process of self-exploration or experienced as a standalone practice.

Speaking & Workshops
Bringing Psychology Into the Conversation
I speak and facilitate workshops for organizations, schools, professional communities, and other groups on topics related to mental health, emotional well-being, mindfulness, burnout, relationships, and personal growth.
As a rabbi and psychotherapist, I bring a perspective that bridges psychological insight, spiritual life, and the realities of contemporary living. This allows me to engage audiences across professional, educational, and religious settings in ways that are both intellectually substantive and practically useful.
